  • We are out of network for all insurance. We do provide superbills to submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement.

  • Superbills are automatically generated after your appointment and are available in your patient portal.

  • We specialize in bowel and bladder symptoms, prolapse, pelvic surgery prehab/rehab, pelvic pain, painful sex, and more. We have been practicing pelvic health for a while and have experience successfully treating a variety of symptoms. If it's happening in your pelvic area, chances are we have heard of it and can help you. If we can't, we will point you in the right direction. We offer free 15 minute consultation calls to meet your PT, answer your questions, and see if our clinic is a good match for you.

  • Your care is collaborative and customized. Your PT will make suggestions and provide treatment options, but will use your preferences and expectations to co-create your plan of care with you.

    You are the expert in your own body, and you are the boss! You will never be expected to participate in a treatment that doesn't work for you or that you are uncomfortable with.

    At your initial evaluation, your PT will:

    • Talk about your symptoms and concerns to truly understand what's going on for you

    • Conduct a physical assessment to determine why you may be experiencing symptoms.

    • Work with you to come up with some treatment options.

    At each follow-up visit, your PT will:

    • Ask about your symptoms since your last visit

    • Reassess anything new going on with your body

    • Check in on how your treatments are working and progress your plan of care with you

  • We are open by appointment. Appointment slots can be reserved in your patient portal and a generally available Tuesdays-Fridays 2:30 pm-7:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am- 12:00 pm.

  • We are located at 317 33rd street in the back of Evo Fitness Collective. We have our own private side entrance.

  • Our PT remains up to date on COVID vaccine boosters and tests after any known exposure or symptoms. We thoroughly disinfect surfaces after each patient and use universal precautions like gloves, hand washing, and avoiding cross-contamination of surfaces. We have KN95 masks available and are more than happy to wear one for your appointment upon request.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in easily. We have spacious, single user, gender neutral bathrooms for changing your clothes in, if needed.
